    No. I am a Sole Trader - independent business advisor based in Galway working across Ireland. I am on the mentor panel for Enterprise Ireland, LEO Galway, LEO Mayo and Bizmentors. I do consultancy work for one week each year with InterTrade Ireland as part of the Seedcorn competition.

  • Do you write or review business plans?

    I do write business plans for clients but this programme is designed to help you to write one for yourself. I also review business plans and will give detailed feedback - touch base to get a quote.

  • How do i do financial projections for the business plan?

    I have a separate Online programme that explains and demonstrates how to prepare financial projections. It is highly recommended or you can ask your accountant. The scenario that i use for the financial projections is TLC Dog Grooming so i took that example forward and wrote a business plan for the ficticious business.
